After all the tears I hide,
it’s just so hard to let it by,
your image, forever, is in the minds,
of the ones you loved and left behind.

I shed a tear and wonder why,
you had to leave and say good-bye.
I know one day you will return,
the candle you’ve lit will always burn.

Our fears, our secrets, we’d always show,
either physical or mental, we’re still a duo.
The dreams you had were like no other,
to me you were like an older brother.

The burdens that you have left with me,
I proudly carry on for thee,
when our paths shall cross again,
we’ll stay together until the end.

Our legacy together will always be alive,
my emotions, for now, are taking a dive.
It’s hard to believe, we had to part,
but you will always rest, inside of my heart.
